About your coach
Hi, I’m Nicky! The Founder and Managing Director of Melior.
With a recruitment career that began in 2014, I have gained extensive experience across various sectors and geographies. My journey includes roles at recruitment agencies, serving as an in-house Talent Consultant, and ultimately establishing Melior in 2020. I have had the privilege of working in London, Singapore, and Dubai, successfully recruiting for positions worldwide.
I hold a degree in Psychology from University College London (UCL), an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Psychology, and a Coaching Certification from GoMasterCoach. Having relocated three times and ventured into entrepreneurship, I possess a deep understanding of the challenges associated with feeling uncertain and the necessity of forging a new life path.

$1,125 – 5 x 1 hour coaching calls (additional sessions charged at $250/hour)
I will help you to find clarity and achieve your goals using the GROW model:
- Goals – what are you looking to achieve?
- Reality – where are you now?
- Options – how can you achieve these goals?
- Way forwards – next steps!
Sessions 1-3: discussing your goals, problems or a decision that you need to make. What do you really want from life and what is stopping you from achieving this?
Sessions 2-4: we’ll explore your current situation and identify both external and internal factors that are holding you back (such as limiting beliefs).
Sessions 3-5: we’ll look at your options on how you can achieve your goals.
Sessions 4 onwards: I’ll help you decide on what options you’d like to move forwards with, help you set a plan of action and keep you accountable.
